– WE CLEAN MANY AREAS IN A WAY OTHER COMPANIES CONSIDER “DEEP” CLEAN SUCH AS FAUCETS

WE ARE FLAT RATE BASED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF EXTRA PROJECTS (THOSE OUTSIDE THE FOUNDATION CLEAN)

YOUR QUOTE IS BASED OFF OF THE FOUNDATION CLEAN CHECKLIST WITHIN A MAX MAN HRS PARAMETER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER MAN HOUR OVER YOUR LIMIT

7 WHAT ABOUT PETS?

PETS NEED TO BE IN A SECURE LOCATION DURING YOUR CLEAN. WE WILL BE MOVING IN AND OUT OF THE FRONT DOOR. PETS WILL ALSO UNDO THE DUSTING AND FLOOR WORK WE HAVE DONE. SEE OUR POLICIES FOR MORE DETAIL 

 

 

8 HOW WILL YOU GET IN?

CLIENT LEAVES A KEY IN A SECURE LOCATION OR SHARES A KEY CODE AT TIME OF BOOKING. 

 

9 HOW DO I PAY?

CLIENTS HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE THE CC OF THEIR CHOICE THAT WILL BE SAVED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND CHARGED (BY US) THE MORNING OF THE SCHEDULED CLEANING. A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR INITIAL CLEAN DAY AND TIME. IT WILL BE PUT TOWARDS YOUR FINAL AMOUNT.

 

10 CAN I HAVE DIFFERENT AREAS/ITEMS CLEANED EACH TIME?

RECURRING CLEANS REQUIRE THE SAME FOUNDATION CLEAN EVERY TIME TO ENSURE OUR SCHEDULE STAYS ON QUE. YOU MAY ADD AREAS/ITEMS TO YOUR RECURRING SERVICE AT THE EXTRA PROJECT RATE OF $45/MAN HOUR BUT ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE. IF THE SCHEDULE ALLOWS WE WILL BE ABLE TO ADD THE EXTRA PROJECTS.

 

11 WHAT IS YOUR BREAKAGE/DAMAGE POLICY?

IF OUR TEAM BREAKS OR DAMAGES AN ITEM OR FURNISHING (WITH NO PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS OR FAULTS) IN YOUR HOME YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AND A VALUE ASSESSMENT MADE.

 

12 WHAT IS YOUR THEFT POLICY?

WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE THEFT POLICY. WE MAKE EVERY LEGAL EFFORT TO ENSURE OUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE TRUSTWORTHY IN OUR CLIENT’S HOMES. IF YOU SUSPECT A TEAM MEMBER HAS TAKEN SOMETHING WE ASK THAT YOU NOTIFY OUR PROJECT COORDINATOR ASAP AT 918.924.2036.

 

13 WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE DOES N&C OFFER?

OUR CLIENTS HAVE 12 HOURS FROM THE CONCLUSION OF THEIR SERIVE TO MAKE SURE THEIR SERVICE MET THE AGREED UPON EXPECTATIONS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. A TEAM MEMBER WILL BE SENT OUT ASAP TO CORRECT ANY AREAS MISSED. IF YOU ARE IN AN EXTENDED AREA OUTSIDE OF THE TULSA METRO YOU WILL BE GIVEN A VARIABLE CREDIT TOWARD ANOTHER CLEAN.

 

14 HOW DOES N&C CLEAN NATURAL STONE?

WE USE PH NEUTRAL PRODUCTS ON ALL NATURAL STONE. IF YOUR NATURAL STONE HAS ACCUMULATED LAYERS OF HARD WATER DEPOSITS THERE MAY BE LITTLE WE CAN DO. A STONE SPECIALIST MAY BE REQUIRED TO RESURFACE AND RESEAL YOUR NATURAL STONE.

 

15 CAN N&C USE MY CLEANING PRODUCTS?

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR TEAM AND THE EFFICIENCY OF OUR SCHEDULE WE WILL ONLY USE OUR SUPPLIES AND TOOLS.

 

16 IS N&C ECO-FRIENDLY OR GREEN?

WE USE PLANT BASED, PH NEUTRAL PRODUCTS ON MOST SURFACES BUT DO EMPLOY BAR KEEPERS FRIEND FOR MORE INTENSE PROJECTS WHEN NECESSARY.

 

17 WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

WHIP IT MULTIPURPOSE, BAR KEEPERS FRIEND, BON AMI, & A FEW ESSENTIAL OILS
-WE NEVER USE BLEACH OR VINEGAR

 

18 WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

– The $25 initial clean deposit is non-refundable. 
– For clients on a reoccurring rotation: a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your account for cancellations and you will be charged according to the bumped rotation (for instance, if your regular service is bi-weekly and a canceled recurring clean causes your next clean to be 2 weeks from the last, then you will be charged a monthly rate). 
– Homes not cleaned within a 30 day period will return to an initial clean rate for the 1st service after 30 days.
– Please understand that because a time slot has been claimed for Initial or 1 time cleans we do not have the means to fill a slot for these services if they are cancelled within 24 hrs and thus you will be charged 50% of the invoiced amount. If your time slot can be filled we will not charge the 50% balance.

 

19 CAN I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER(S) EVERYTIME?

OUR TEAM WORKS IN TERRITORIES SO YOU WILL CONSISTENTLY HAVE THE SAME CLEANER(S). WE CANNOT GUARENTEE THE SAME TEAM 100% OF THE TIME BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS.
