FOUNDATION CLEAN
Each project begins with our signature Foundation Clean (our basic clean), the base to a home’s initial clean session, following recurring sessions, and special cleans, such as move-out/in. The goal of the Foundation Clean is to make your home as dust & grime free as possible, while smelling & feeling fresh.
On average, our Foundation Clean saves our clients 12 hours of their own time! Below are the specifications of our signature Foundation Clean. If your project requires a deep clean, keep reading to see all the add-ons and extras that will make your deep clean as thorough as your budget and needs allow.
*Per OSHA standards, we are only allowed to be on a 1ft step stool. Some light fixtures, windows and higher shelving may be beyond our reach.
**We recommend that floors with texture receive Deep Floor Care during the initial clean and during periodic maintenance sessions (depending on traffic) to achieve a truly clean floor.

• Disinfecting: $25 – $65 (door knobs, cabinetry & faucet handles, light switches, remotes, home phone, toilet)
• Deodorizing: $15 (upholstery, rugs or carpet, pillows)
